Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?
For walks, visits, cat visits, hikes, dog park visits:
There will be no cancelation fee if you cancel 12 hours prior to your arrival window.
If you cancel within 12 hours of your arrival window, there will be a full charge for that service/visit.
For Pet Sitting/Overnight bookings:
If the reservation is cancelled 8 days prior to the start date of your overnight, there will be no additional fee charged other than the 20% non refundable deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled within 7 daysof the start daye of your overnight, you will be charged for the entirety of the scheduled overnight.
What is your cancelation policy?
We make sure to send all of our customers a report card after each pet care service. This includes details applicable to your service, such as a GPS route, if your pet ate or drank, and assurance that we locked the door on our way out!
How do I know if my pet ACTUALLY went for a walk or received care from a staff member?
Yes, we offer a $20 meet and greet so that we can get to know you and your pet(s)! Not only is this helpful to understand your needs, but it also familiarizes your pet to our staff members, ensuring your furry friend a happy + stress-free experience with Barks N Purrs!

Do you offer Meet & Greets?
We currently serve the following Los Angeles areas: Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West LA, Century City, Culver City, Mid City, Venice, & Playa Del Rey. However, if you live outside of these areas and are interested in our services, contact us!
What areas do you service?
We require all clients with keys to have a lockbox! We are happy to supply a Barks N Purrs Lockbox for $30, or you are welcome to use your own. This not only ensures that your keys stay securely on your premises, but keeps the key on location for any last-minute emergencies.
Do I need a lockbox?
We only receive payments via Time To Pet. You can pay on there with ACH (electronic check, there will be no fee added.) OR you can pay with a debit/credit card but there will be a 2.9% fee added if you do.
How does payment work?
Yes! We charge a holiday fee for all major holidays. The holiday rate will be $25 added to each service on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas Day, and Thanksgiving Day.
Are you open for holidays?
Will I always have the same walker/sitter?
We will make note of your preferred sitters but we will have backups or substitutes, who will have all the instructions necessary! Multiple sitters or walkers are always assigned to each pet. If a requested or regular sitter/walker is not available you will be notified that another sitter/walker will be made available for your appointment!
Can I select a specific arrival time for my pet's appointment?
We require a one/two-hour arrival time window for appointments. If this does not work for you , don't worry!
