Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, we sure are!

How do I know if my pet ACTUALLY went for a walk or received care from a staff member?

We make sure to send all of our customers a report card after each pet care service. This includes details applicable to your service, such as a GPS route, if your pet ate or drank, and assurance that we locked the door on our way out!

Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes, we offer a free meet and greet so that we can get to know you and your pet(s)! Not only is this helpful to understand your needs, but it also familiarizes your pet to our staff members, ensuring your furry friend a happy + stress-free experience with Barks N Purrs!

Where do you offer services?

We currently serve the following Los Angeles areas: Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, West LA, Century City, Culver City, Venice, & Playa Del Rey. However, if you live outside of these areas and are interested in our services, contact us!

Do you require vaccines?

We do require the following vaccines for boarding services: Bordetella, DHPP, Rabies (or a vaccine titer).

As far as walks go, it is up to the owner to give his dog Bordetella.
